Joseph McDonnell, founder and CEO of Great Journey West, is a retired Air Force Officer (Lieutenant Colonel) originally from St. Charles, MO.  As a former Pentagon Branch Chief, Joe worked with Air Force Logistics Centers, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and Congress.  He managed the B-52 aircraft upgrade investment portfolio valued at $700M and has a unique understanding of the Federal Government's Budgeting and Acquisition System.  Prior to his Air Force career during college breaks, Joe worked in the office and home furniture industry assisting the family business with sales, inventory management, installations, deliveries, and service calls.
